Important: These website terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other contract for paid services. If another written agreement applies, that agreement controls the covered engagement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using gotagnow.com, its assessments, booking pages, downloads, or other public resources (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About The Ai Guide
T.A.G. LLC (“The Ai Guide,” “TAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI education, strategy, workflow design, and implementation support for small businesses. Information on the Site is general and may not fit every business, industry, system, or legal requirement.
3. No professional advice
Site content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals when your situation requires it.
4. AI limitations and human review
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unexpected output. Examples, assessments, recommendations, and demonstrations are not guarantees. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions and outputs before relying on them, especially when they may affect customers, employees, finances, safety, legal rights, regulated information, or business operations.
5. Paid services and project scope
A discovery call or assessment does not create a consulting relationship or obligation to hire or serve you. Paid work begins only when the parties accept a separate written agreement describing scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, ownership, access, and other project terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- interfere with Site operation or attempt unauthorized access;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping, or abusive traffic;
- misrepresent your identity or submit information you do not have permission to share;
- use Site content to violate another person’s rights or applicable law; or
- copy, resell, or republish substantial Site content as your own commercial product without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, brand elements, text, graphics, assessment design, downloadable resources, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Ai Guide and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public resources for your own internal business evaluation, but no ownership is transferred to you.
8. Information you submit
You represent that you have the right to provide information you submit through the Site. You grant TAG permission to use that information to respond to you, operate the Site, provide requested services, and otherwise act as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or regulated data through public forms unless TAG has expressly requested it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party tools, websites, scheduling systems, AI platforms, or social networks. TAG does not control their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
10. No guarantees
We aim to provide useful, practical information, but we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Business results depend on many factors outside TAG’s control. No statement on the Site guarantees savings, revenue, efficiency, compliance, or any other outcome.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its public content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ai Guide and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. For claims relating only to the free public Site, TAG’s total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to obligations governed by a separate written services agreement.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge those practices.
14. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site and may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning the public Site will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning use of the public Site, except where a separate written agreement applies.
17. Contact us
Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact or booking options at gotagnow.com.
